We got in a heck of amount of trouble in Croydon, had to go to Court! Judge & Jury and the Policeman 's expression never changed........
The historic Court house has been restored and they have a tape you can play of an actual case held back in 1902, it was a beauty. The woman in the Dock was up for drunkedness and the Judge had to keep telling her to stop arguing and swearing. The witness was asked to swear an oath and she wanted to know why he was allowed to swear and she wasn't!
She ended up with 2 months in Normanton goal! It was very well done.
We went to the Railway Station to watch the arrival of the Gulflandaer from Normanton and timed it just right.
Back home and a dip in the pool - this one has nice steps and cooled down chatting to fellow travellers.
Brian went to the camp kitchen to watch the State of Origin as it was the only place to see it - no TV reception in the vans. I enjoyed a quiet read.
